Class Description

-No Gi Classes requires athletic short and shirt/rash guard and board shorts

-Gi Classes requires Kimono

Open mat fee required for non-members

 

Beginner Jiu Jitsu (White Belt)– This class focuses on the basic transitions, escapes, defenses, and submissions. Students will develop skills to control opponents from the feet to the ground. There will be positional sparring and drilling.

Advance Jiu Jitsu This class focuses on a series of passes, sweeps, take-downs, and submissions. There will be full sparring and competition training.

Intro Class – A class dedicated to the basic fundamental movements and positions to get the new students started. Contact us to schedule your FREE intro. (new members only)

Private Group Events – Schedule a private event for your next birthday party or corporate event. Learn proven self-defense techniques, get fit and have fun!
