Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. Open to beginners and continuing students. Proven self defense techniques, physical problem solving skills, build fitness and gain self discipline. Have fun in a clean and safe environment learning the art of BJJ!

– Little Sharks (ages 8-14)
Monday and Wednesday 5-6PM

– Little Sting Rays (ages 4-7)
Tuesday and Thursday 5-6PM
